Privacy Policy

      Short version: StratManager stores everything on your device.
      We collect nothing, share nothing, and have no servers. Your data never leaves your phone
      unless you export it.
    

1. What StratManager Does

StratManager is a scorecard and statistics manager for tabletop baseball simulation games. It helps you track rosters, manage lineups, record play-by-play results, and accumulate season statistics — entirely on your own device.

2. Data We Collect

We collect no data whatsoever.

StratManager has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting service, and no network connection of any kind. We have no servers that receive information about you or your usage of the app.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

All information the app uses is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad in two places:

App Documents folder — a single JSON file (strat_final_v4.json) that holds your team rosters, player cards, season statistics, game log, and league settings. This file is accessible through the iOS Files app.
iOS UserDefaults — a small amount of app-preference data: whether you have seen the onboarding screen, and any scouted lineup arrangements you have saved.

This data exists only on your device. Apple may back it up to iCloud as part of the standard iOS device backup if you have iCloud Backup enabled — that is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, not ours.

4. File Import & Export

StratManager can read CSV roster files and write backup JSON files. These operations are entirely user-initiated — you choose which file to open or where to save, using the standard iOS document picker. We do not upload, transmit, or retain any copy of your files.

5. Third-Party Services

StratManager uses no third-party SDKs, advertising networks, analytics platforms, or social-media integrations. No third party receives any information through this app.

6. Children's Privacy

StratManager does not collect information from anyone, including children under 13. The app is suitable for all ages.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change how the app handles data, we will update this page and revise the effective date at the top. We will not retroactively change how previously collected data is used — because we collect no data.
